Paul Chareth

Before the inception of Flylisted, Paul excelled in his business studies, with a specialization in sales, at Plymouth State University. He demonstrated remarkable progress throughout his undergraduate years, aided by his prior experience in the corporate world immediately after completing high school. This unique background not only facilitated his personal growth in college but also enabled him to mentor other students pursuing sales careers.

During his free time, Paul maintains strong ties with the real estate marketing community. He actively contributes as a coach at ACRE Partner, leveraging the knowledge he has gained through his endeavors at Flylisted to assist other companies in this field. As Flylisted has evolved into a national leader and one of the most comprehensive services available to agents in the United States, it continues to establish industry standards. Presently, Paul focuses on overseeing the company's growth in New England, while simultaneously working with Evan to establish Flylisted's new branch in South Florida.

Evan Leith

Chief Operations Officer

Evan move to New Hampshire in 2007 as he was going into high school. He attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Plymouth State University in 2016, majoring in Meteorology with a Math minor. Evan has worked in several different industries but has gravitated towards a creative line of work. He has been an avid photographer for four years now but has been involved with film since age 13. He prides himself on having an eye for detail, something that shows through Flylisted’s work.

Brianna Consoli

Executive Assistant

Born and raised in seacoast-area New Hampshire, Brianna has devoted much of her time to forging genuine and lifelong relationships with the families she has provided care for while nannying for 8 years. Her relationships with those families have transcended into business opportunities where Brianna has gained experience in client communication, marketing and management.

Her passion for travel has grown these interests, and Brianna is always excited to explore new places! The drive that she encompasses to provide direction, organization and efficiency to whomever she works with is apparent in her interactions and execution of work-related tasks.In her free time, Brianna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, feeding her passion for creativity and taking time to enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

Nicole Buñao

Project Manager

Born and raised in the Philippines, she earned a BA in Journalism in college and is now studying medicine as her second course. Nicole has over 9 years of experience in customer service and CRM. She worked in a variety of businesses, gaining skills in marketing and management. She's also a freelance voiceover artist and an event host.

Her love of longboard surfing introduced her to photography and travel. She is constantly eager to see new places, especially new beaches and surf spots! Her upbeat personality can lift the moods of those around her, making her a pleasure to work with.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and kids whenever she can and aims to become a heart surgeon in the next few years!

Travis Stancil

Travis Stancil possesses an extensive professional history within the realms of entertainment production and talent acquisition. He maintains close collaborative ties with prominent figures in the realms of talent, modeling, and acting. Travis has assumed the role of Creative Director and Director of Client Acquisition, where he augments the team with his specialized proficiency. His areas of expertise encompass product development, brand elevation, and expert consultation.

Leveraging his meticulousness, expansive creativity, and adept production skills, Travis significantly contributes his wealth of experience to enhance the service we provide to our esteemed clientele.

Patrick Szydlik

Patrick Szydlik is a lifelong entrepreneur that has specialized in Real Estate Marketing, Media, and Technology for the past 7 years.

Patrick sold his media company Film 360 where as CEO he has helped market and sell over 2 billion dollars of real estate. Patrick (better known online as @The.Pat.S) is a marketing and technology pioneer that has a passion for helping others reach their potential as well as their professional goals.

Patrick Specializes in Branding, Media, Marketing, Technology, Websites, Sales, System Development, Advertising, Recruiting, Coaching, and Foundational Structure to close a companies Distributive Ecosystem.

Frederick Bloy

Creative Director | Senior Creative Specialist

Fred Bloy is a New England-based professional photographer based in Portsmouth, NH, with roots in Little Deer Isle, ME. Fred graduated from the University of New Hampshire with an Environment Engineering degree in 2013. After working in consulting for about five years in Boston, Fred hit a crossroads and decided to leave engineering and pursue his Photography passion.

Fred quickly emerged as a well-known and respected New England photographer. He began providing professional services (Editorial work, workshops, social media campaigns, wedding videography, portraits, drone work, food photography, etc.) and selling fine art prints through his websites and in physical galleries. Fred's work has been shared and featured countlessly on social media as well as in many prominent publications.

When Fred is not behind the camera, he enjoys good beer, spending time outside, traveling, and hanging out with friends. Fred believes there is constant room for improvement in both his art and professionally. Follow his work and photographic journey on Instagram @FreddyBloy.

Will Gaddis

CPD Project Manager | Senior Creative Specialist

Born and Raised in New England, Will graduated Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Interactive Media. While in college, Will developed a passion for travel and adventure, and saw photography as a way to bring his passion for digital art out in the field with him.

Purchasing his first camera in the summer of 2019 for a road-trip around the US, Will has since pursued photography full time. Before joining Flylisted in 2021, Will has shot landscapes, portraiture, real estate, and drone footage.

When out of the office, Will can be found planning his next trip, golfing, or getting in passionate arguments about his Boston sports teams.

Raniel Maglalang

Lead Video Editor

Raniel was born and raised in the Philippines and studied BS Hotel and Restaurant Management. He had an interest in film and photography from a young age but decided to get more in depth with the post production aspect of creating. Raniel began filming for school projects and film making contest during college. Since then, he knew he wanted to pursue editing for as long as he could. He worked as a line cook and work for customer service and then decided to take an online course for video editing and started freelance video editing job for different industries. Real estate and architecture is what interest him the most and is excited to push the boundaries in this industry.

When not working, Raniel spends most of his free time at home with his family and friends, but also enjoys exploring his home city near Manila PH and going to the beach.

Erich Perez

Video Editor | Social Media Video Specialist

 A Philippines-born multimedia artist, Erich holds a degree in Information Technology from San Pedro College. His artistic journey began in the heart of the Philippines, where the rich tapestry of culture and diversity served as a wellspring of inspiration. Erich displayed a keen interest in the arts, eventually honing his skills in various mediums, including digital illustration, photography, and graphic design.

Beyond the screen, he cherishes time with family and friends, exploring new places and creating fun videos along the way. He transforms these memorable moments into cinematic adventures, capturing the essence of each destination and weaving them into narratives that linger in the viewer's memory.

Stephen Twitchell

Creative Specialist | Certified Commerical Drone Pilot

From a young age, Stephen has had an interest in photography and video production. When his parents bought him a GoPro in his adolescence, he promptly exchanged it for a DSLR camera for more versatility - the rest is history. His sense of creativity flourished when he spent a semester abroad in Australia where the landscape and experiences were a photographers dream.

After his time attending UNH’s business school studying Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies, he combined his entrepreneurial spirit and interest in photography and video production to form Buoy Creative, a video production company based out of Portsmouth, NH. He appreciates the opportunity both Flylisted and his company have given him and looks forward to constant growth as a creative.

In his free time you will find him participating in and capturing the activities he loves which include long walks on the beach, snowboarding, surfing, hiking, reading in a hammock, and pickle-ball to name a few.

Bryan Steele

Senior Creative Specialist | Certified Commercial Drone Pilot

Bryan Steele is a landscape and architectural photographer hailing from Northborough Massachusetts. Growing up in and attending High School in Central MA, Bryan and his friends spent their free time hiking, skiing, biking and doing anything they could outdoors and in nature. This passion for the outdoors is what Bryan credits to the beginning of his creative journey. Always with a camera in his hand, Bryan sought to not just document his travels and experiences but to attempt to capture the mood and emotion of a moment in time. He hopes his art and photos evoke the same love and feeling for nature he feels when he’s in the field and photographing. 

Bryan had a unique Photography Arc, in that for about 10 years he didn’t do anything professionally with a camera. Instead, after Attending the Culinary Institute of America, Bryan put his creative juices to work as a chef working in such notable restaurants as Bistro du Midi in Boston’s Back Bay, The Four Seasons Boston, and the now closed Island Creek Oyster Bar. After leaving professional kitchens, Bryan’s worked as a private chef for some families in the greater Boston area.

Right around the start of the Pandemic, Bryan left the culinary world. Not sure what to do, on the advice of his wife he explored using his photography to earn a living, and that’s just what he did. From 2020-2022 Bryan freelanced as an interior and architectural photographer throughout New England until finding his way to the Flylisted Team! When he’s not behind the camera, which is very rare these days. Bryan, his wife and 8lb Yorkie Bodhi love spending time at their lake house in Maine, hunting for mushrooms, swimming, meditating, playing Uke, and just living in the moment. 

Shane Marrama

Creative Specialist | Certified Commerical Drone Pilot

Born and raised in NH. Shane started developing an interest in video production while in high school. Filming for local television channels and homecoming parades. Shane quickly emerged into the real estate marketing side of the industry when a teacher approached him asking if he did any drone work. Not owning a drone, but saying yes to the job. He went out and purchased one that night. Since then he has had 4 years of experience in photography & videography in the real estate industry.Outside of videography, Shane enjoys playing hockey, arguing with someone about why Boston has the best sports, spending time with friends and family as well as becoming a regular at some local restaurants.

Ian Urquhart

Creative Specialist | Certified Commercial Drone Pilot

After earning his degree in Meteorology from Plymouth State University in 2015, Ian Urquhart chose to forge his own path, steering away from conventional career trajectories. Embracing the allure of creativity, he ventured into the realm of photography and videography.His portfolio ranges from photographing/filming weddings to high-energy concert settings and production sets for music videos.

Over the years, Ian transitioned into the music industry assuming roles as a creative director for national and international tours. His experience in directing and editing music videos has garnered acclaim, while his talent for crafting branding and marketing campaigns has elevated the profiles of numerous artists.

He enjoys the golf or disc golf course and spending time with loved ones. You might also catch him at a Red Sox game or supporting aspiring musicians at local grassroot music events. Ian believes in pursuing your passions. To remain open to learning and growing as a person and professional. He continues to inspire others to embrace their unique talents and carve out their own extraordinary paths in life.

Richard Stimpson

Creative Specialist | Certified Commerical Drone Pilot

Growing up in northern Massachusetts, Richard spent his childhood in the small town of Tyngsborough, Ma. He had a passion for reading and writing short stories growing up, especially science fiction. His passion for film came while attending Bridgewater State University participating in a film festival and fell in love with lighting and cinematography. Over the past few years he has worked in both news outlets and small indie projects, and hopes to continue to grow his filmmaking journey with the Flylisted team. 

When not getting behind the camera Richard enjoys his time spent reading, adventuring outdoors in any way he can; whether it be hiking or bike riding, and spending time with family and friends. 

Alejandro Doria

Creative Specialist | Certified Commercial Drone Pilot

Alejandro was born and raised in South Florida from immigrant Cuban & Colombian parents. Since a child, he’d always loved learning and being creative. Whether it was using his fathers Hi-8 camera, or creating narratives to share with his family, Ale loved to create.  

At 13, he was gifted his first camera for Christmas and his passion just grew from there. In 2018, he began serving at his church’s film team and learned videography. After taking small creative jobs, and helping assist and second shoot for his friends. Ale felt a push to create something of his own.  After being laid-off in February of 2022, he did just that. Now 2 years into his freelancing career, and his new found love for real estate. He finds himself at Flylisted, joining a new team in South Florida to learn, create and use his skills to bring success. 

Nick Coe

Creative Specialist | Certified Commercial Drone Pilot

Raised in Vermont, Nick ventured into the world of outdoor activities and photography at a young age. Whether skiing in the winter or mountain biking and climbing in the summer, his camera has been his steadfast companion. After earning a degree in Film and New Media from Wheaton College MA, Nick took off to South Africa to film wildlife. Later on, Nick honed his skills as a photographer and moved to Colorado. It was there that his love for both the outdoors and photography flourished, sparking the idea of turning his passion into a career.

His photography and videography have since taken him across four continents, allowing him to seamlessly blend his interests in adventure sports and landscapes into his work. Now back in The Green Mountain State, Nick is thrilled to join the Flylisted team, where he looks forward to contributing and continuing his journey of learning!
