Matterport or Zillow 3D Home?
Choose around where the tour will be viewed and which features you need. Matterport offers a spatial model with dollhouse and measurement tools. Zillow 3D Home supports a navigable tour and interactive floor plan. Confirm the selected deliverables and intended listing platforms before capture.
Flylisted lists either tour at $0.10 / sq ft, with a $200 minimum. Professional capture is a paid service even though Zillow’s app is free. Floor plans and other additions are itemized on our pricing page.
Platform support matters: Matterport reported in May 2026 that Zillow removed its tours. Zillow’s current rental documentation also says Matterport is not supported. Check the destination platform before relying on a tour link to appear there.
