When you fill out a form, book a shoot, sign up for a content plan, or message our chat, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, and the details of the property or project you describe.

When you browse the site, we collect standard usage data: pages visited, referring site, device type, and approximate location from your IP address.

We do not collect government IDs, and we never see your full card number. Payments run through Stripe on Stripe's own checkout pages.

To respond to you, schedule shoots, deliver assets, invoice, and provide support.

To send service emails about your booking or plan, and occasional marketing emails you can unsubscribe from with one click.

To understand which pages and services people care about so we can improve the site.

Messages you send in the chat are processed by an AI service to generate replies, and our team reviews conversations to follow up.

If you share contact details in a chat, they go into our CRM so a real person can reach out. Do not paste sensitive information like card numbers into the chat.

HubSpot sets cookies that help us recognize returning visitors and connect your form submissions to your visit history.

Vercel Analytics gives us aggregate traffic stats without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.

We use a visitor-identification service (Leadsy) that helps us recognize the companies, not the individuals, visiting the site.

Embedded video players (Vimeo, YouTube) and Matterport tours may set their own cookies under their own policies when you interact with them.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser. The site works fine without them.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

We share it only with the vendors that run the business: HubSpot (CRM), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Slack (internal notifications), Anthropic (chat replies), and Leadsy (visitor identification). Each processes data to provide their service to us.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

The photos, video, and 3D tours we create are of properties, and we use selected work in our portfolio and marketing.

We do not publish street addresses of homes we shoot on this website.

We keep client records as long as we work together and as long as tax and legal obligations require.

Want to see what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email us and we will handle it. No forms, no runaround.

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we use existing data will be announced by email to active clients.
