Bookings are made online through the portal at portal.flylisted.com/book. Best appointment times are subject to weather and crew availability.

Flylisted reserves the right to modify appointment timing with proper notice via phone, text, or email.

Travel within 100 miles of round-trip is included. Mileage above that is billed at $1.00 per mile.

Parking costs are billed directly to the client at cost.

If a specific Creative Director is requested outside the standard service area, a $2,000 minimum invoice or a $300 substitution fee applies, plus mileage and parking.

Full payment is required before assets are delivered.

The 24-hour turnaround clock starts upon receipt of payment.

A $200 fee applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and to no-shows. A no-show is defined as 30+ minutes late at the property.

Flylisted has full creative liberty over compositions, room selection, and the number of photos delivered, unless specific shots are pre-approved at booking.

Additional photos or alternate angles requested after the shoot require a reshoot fee.

Flylisted carries $2M in general liability coverage. Drone operations are conducted by FAA-licensed Part 107 pilots.

Flylisted reserves the right to refuse a job or postpone for weather or safety reasons.

The property must be shoot-ready on arrival. Flylisted is not responsible for moving, cleaning, or altering objects beyond minor adjustments at the creative specialist's discretion.

If a reshoot is required because the property was not ready, decor changed mid-shoot, or scope was added, a $150 return charge applies.

Photography is delivered within 24 hours via Dropbox and the Order Dashboard. Video is delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Floor plan measurements are approximated. Flylisted does not guarantee exact square footage. Floor plans are artistic sketches.

All sales are final. Canceled appointments that have been paid are eligible for an account credit.

Photo edits include standard retouching. Additional Photoshop work is billed at $20 per photo.

Video deliveries are considered final. Music selection is final. Further revisions are billed at $60 per hour.

Four months of Matterport hosting is included with every tour. Each additional six months is $50.

Free transfer to a client account is available on request.
