Booking a residential shoot in five minutes: the Tonomo portal walkthrough

Flylisted agents can book photo, video, and drone shoots directly through Tonomo. Here's how to get from login to confirmed crew in 300 seconds.

Booking a residential shoot in five minutes: the Tonomo portal walkthrough

If you're a Flylisted agent, you already know we hit 24-hour turnaround on residential photo deliverables. What you might not know is that booking the shoot itself takes less time than scheduling a showing.

The Tonomo portal is your direct line to the Flylisted crew. No email chains. No calls during your open house. Log in, fill five fields, confirm your date, and you're booked.

Here's the walk-through.

Step 1: Log in and select your service

Head to Tonomo and authenticate with your Flylisted credentials. Once you're in, you'll see a grid of service cards: Photography, Video, Drone, Matterport 3D, Virtual Staging, 3D Renderings, and Construction Documentation.

Click the service you need. If you want photos and drone, book them separately (two orders, two slots on the calendar). If you're unsure which service fits your listing, that's fine. Pick the closest match and note your choice in the description field. The crew will confirm details with you before they roll up.

Step 2: Enter the property address

Type the full address. Tonomo will auto-complete. This matters. The address populates on the crew's manifest, on their GPS, and on your invoice. Get it right here and you skip a confirmation call.

Step 3: Choose your date and time window

Click the calendar. Tonomo shows you green slots (available) and gray slots (booked). Time windows are two-hour blocks. Pick the one that works for your schedule.

If a window fills between the moment you started booking and the moment you hit confirm, Tonomo will tell you. You'll pick a different slot. This is rare. We handle volume across New England, South Florida, the Caribbean, and California, and we still move fast.

Step 4: Add your details

You'll enter:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • A description field (optional, but use it)

The description field is where you mention lockbox codes, gate codes, or any special instructions. "Two-story colonial, south-facing facade, front door key under mat" takes 10 seconds to type and saves the crew 10 minutes of confusion on-site.

Step 5: Confirm and pay

Review your order. Pricing is transparent: you see the total before you commit. Tonomo handles payment. Your invoice hits your email. Your order appears on your Flylisted dashboard.

That's it. You're booked.

What happens next

Within 24 hours of your shoot, you'll have files. Photos come as processed JPEGs and RAWs. Video and drone footage are edited and color-corrected. Matterport 3D tours are live and shareable. You get a download link via email and a backup copy in your Flylisted dashboard.

The crew will arrive in the time window you selected. They'll shoot the property as specified. You don't need to be there, though many agents prefer to be on-site to point out the best angles.

If you have questions after booking ("Can you also grab the backyard?", "I need the files by 2 PM tomorrow"), reply to your order confirmation email or text the phone number on the invoice. Flylisted support answers the same day.

Why this matters

A listing sits on the MLS for weeks without professional photos, it underperforms. A shoot that takes two hours to book and 24 hours to deliver keeps you competitive. Tonomo removes the friction. No callbacks. No scheduling gaps. No "let me check with the photographer."

We've shot 6,953 projects and marketed over 4 billion dollars in residential value. The portal is built around what we learned: agents move fast, turnaround matters, and clarity prevents problems.

If you haven't used Tonomo yet, log in and try it. Pick a listing. Book a photo shoot. You'll confirm it's faster than you thought.
